Fertility, Intuition & Trusting Divine Timing
Updated: Aug 19
One of my closest friends asked me a deep, personal question about becoming a mother.
That conversation stayed with me.
As I reflected on it later, I realized there was so much more I wanted to say—not just about fertility, but about stress, intuition, intention, and trusting God's timing.
This isn't meant to replace medical care or scientific understanding. It's simply my perspective on the energetic and spiritual side of preparing for motherhood. It comes from my own experiences in energy healing, prayer, and learning to trust the wisdom that exists within us.
The First Step Is Peace
Stress changes everything.
When we're overwhelmed, our minds become noisy. Our bodies become tense. We disconnect from ourselves.
As we begin releasing stress, something beautiful happens.
Peace begins to take its place.
Then clarity.
Then confidence.
Then love.
Our connection to ourselves, to God, and to life becomes easier to hear.
Your Baby Has Their Own Perfect Timing
One thought that has brought me tremendous peace is believing that every soul has its own perfect arrival.
Your baby's birthday isn't random.
Their life has purpose.
Their soul already exists.
Their story is already unfolding.
When I think about that, I stop feeling like I need to force everything to happen.
Instead, I remember that my dream already exists.
It's simply waiting for the right moment to appear in the physical world.
Our desires aren't accidents.
I believe they're invitations.
They're little glimpses of a future that already exists, gently calling us forward.
Learning to Trust Your Intuition
The more I've practiced listening to my intuition, the more I've learned that it rarely shouts.
It's quiet.
Simple.
Sometimes it doesn't even make logical sense.
I've learned to notice those gentle nudges instead of immediately arguing with them.
Years ago, I would question every intuitive feeling I had.
Now, I trust them much more.
The more I listened, the more I realized those quiet whispers consistently guided me toward peace.
Like any relationship, intuition grows stronger through practice.
Every time we trust it, we strengthen it.
Quieting the Mind
One of the biggest obstacles to intuition isn't that God isn't speaking.
It's that our minds are already so full.
Negative self-talk.
Fear.
Old beliefs.
Worry.
The more we practice speaking kindly to ourselves, the easier it becomes to recognize the quieter voice beneath all the mental noise.
That voice feels different.
It isn't frantic.
It isn't condemning.
It simply knows.
Your Future Child Already Knows You
This may sound unusual to some people, but I find it deeply comforting.
I believe our souls are eternal.
If that's true, then perhaps the soul of your future child already exists.
Perhaps they're already connected to you in ways we don't fully understand.
Sometimes I wonder if they already know you.
If they're patiently waiting for their own perfect moment to arrive.
Whether you believe that literally or simply as a comforting meditation, I think it's a beautiful way to shift from fear into love.
Instead of worrying about "when," we begin building a relationship with hope itself.
The Power of Intention
One of my favorite spiritual practices is intention.
To me, an intention is more than wishful thinking.
It's choosing a direction for your energy.
Prayer works similarly.
When I was younger, prayer mostly felt like asking.
Now it feels different.
I still ask.
But I also believe.
I believe my prayers are heard.
I believe they're already being worked on in ways I cannot yet see.
That belief changes how my body feels.
It softens me.
It allows me to let go instead of holding on tighter.
Fear Blocks What Love Wants to Build
I've noticed that fear often becomes louder than our intentions.
We can visualize the life we want, but if our deepest belief is that we aren't worthy of receiving it, fear wins.
That's why healing limiting beliefs matters.
Little by little, we begin replacing them with something stronger.
God supports me.
Life supports me.
Love supports me.
As those beliefs become stronger than fear, our intentions begin flowing more naturally.
Trust the Timing
Sometimes I think about people who create vision boards and then, years later, realize almost everything came true.
Maybe the dream wasn't delayed.
Maybe they simply needed time to become the person who believed it was possible.
That thought gives me peace.
Whether your dream is becoming a mother, finding love, building a business, or creating a different life entirely, remember this:
Your dream doesn't disappear because it hasn't happened yet.
It may simply be unfolding in perfect timing.
