Key Healing -> taking your energy higher

One huge key tip is INTENTION. Intention. Intention opens up for the Universe to show you a way. Open itself up for you and your healing (and) intention to reveal the answers, reveal the way, reveal the path for you. Your path to this intention and healing is unique to you, clearly it's unique because it's highly attuned and specialized to your life circumstance and your life intention.


My tip here, knowing this, is to have faith, have a system to cleanse, ground, connect to spirit and the world around you. Connect to the divine, basically, in it's simplest sentence. You connect so that you can be best attuned to the ways of the holy spirit, connection from your spirit to God's spirit. Maybe it's the connection from your mind to God's spirit.


But keep in mind in both of these tips and scenarios, that you go through cycles, cycles and rhythms, ups and downs, all four seasons. So that must mean, that you will enviably see your very bad days. Okay. Truth being said. So knowing that, when you are stuck in it, know it's not personal. It's nothing you did wrong, (unless it is) but that everyone has to see a really freaking bad day. That's the definition of polarity and it's a rule of this universe. Or so I really believe.
