Hi guys, I want to illuminate on how I'm currently changing my inner beliefs.


I have noticed a fearful thought that is recurring with my business. It is a thought and coresponding feeling of doom. I get a thought that a bad thing can happen in the future and I know it's a deep subconscious fear of failure.


The way I am working with it is simple. Each time I am aware of the thought/feeling I put my attention to it and re-write it. I take conscious control to stop it and turn it around to something more powerful.


It takes me effort and focus to manipulate the feeling into a new belief that good things happen. That phrase "good things happen" is the feeling that I will into existence to replace the feeling of fear.


I go over and over with the new thought of good things happen to me. To make it feel more familiar. I think and feel faith that good things happen and I feel gratitude that good things happen. It's very much like trust falling or leaning back into faith as I am affirming Good Things Happen To Me.


The more I can stop the fearful thoughts and reprogram them into the new faith based one's the less the old ones will determine my reality. As we know, our subconscious thoughts create our reality.


Another tip would be to take the new programming into meditation with you and really sink that into your mind. Don't forget to always try to be aware when the old thoughts are going on. Tell yourself it's okay and I love you, when you notice the old. The take control with the new ways of thinking.
