Sad Moments

How many times have I written about the Law of Polarity and it's reign on our planet and emotions? I use it as an excuse for when I am deeply impacted by negative emotion or life experiences. I remind myself that this is the natural order of all things.


We take inhalations and then exhale. The waves of frequencies move up and then move down. This is science and spirituality.


Yet sometimes it seems so hard. So unnecessary and painful. Can't I just reside in God's peace and bliss for the rest of my life? But that is not growth or expansion. Heaven is already peace and bliss and its eternity.


We get to come and play humans to expand our soul's consciousness. (I think. Who really knows why we are here?)


The point of this story is that it's okay. Those bad moments are okay. They are allowed and when they get here, we need to welcome them and not push against. We flow, we allow, and we let the energy pass.
