Stress Relief, Chakras & Energy Healing 101

People often think stress lives in the mind.
I don't.
I believe stress lives in the body first.
It shows up as tension.
Digestive issues.
Burnout.
Fatigue.
Irritability.
A short temper.
A closed heart.
Eventually, if left unaddressed, it begins influencing every area of our lives.
That's why stress relief is always the first place I begin when I'm working with someone.
Before we try to become more confident.
Before we try to discover our purpose.
Before we try to heal old emotional wounds.
We first create peace.
When your nervous system begins calming down, something remarkable happens.
You start feeling yourself again.
What Is Energy?
People often ask me what I mean when I talk about energy.
To me, energy isn't something mysterious.
Everything around us is made of energy.
Our bodies.
Our thoughts.
Our emotions.
Our relationships.
I believe that all of this energy has a source.
For me, that source is God.
I imagine God as the highest frequency of love.
The purest expression of harmony.
Everything we experience either moves closer to that harmony or further away from it.
Healing is simply returning.
Understanding Chakras
Our chakras are energy centers within the body.
While there are many chakras, seven are most commonly discussed.
Each one relates to different aspects of our physical body, emotional life, and spiritual development.
When energy flows freely through these centers, we often experience greater peace, clarity, confidence, love, creativity, and purpose.
When energy becomes blocked, we feel it.
Sometimes emotionally.
Sometimes physically.
Sometimes through repeated patterns in our lives.
Healing isn't about becoming perfect.
It's about gently restoring that flow.
Healing Begins Within
One lesson I've learned is that we cannot heal another person's energy for them.
We can't force someone to change.
We can't make another person choose healing.
But we can work with ourselves.
As our own inner world changes, our relationships often begin changing too.
Not because we've controlled someone else.
Because we've become different.
Life begins reflecting the peace we've cultivated within ourselves.
Serenity
The word "Serenity" became the name of my business because it perfectly describes what I hope people experience.
Not a life without challenges.
A life where peace remains even while challenges come and go.
Healing isn't about escaping life.
It's about becoming steady enough to meet it.
Stress may still visit.
Difficult emotions may still arise.
But little by little, you begin knowing how to return home to yourself.
And that, to me, is the beginning of true healing.
