I Am Enough. Drop the Stress

Aren't we all trying to escape our sorrows so that we can feel better? Trying but somehow always a little short distance away from our desires. Let's drop it and call it quits. Now.


You are sufficiant. I am sufficiant. I am enough. All is well. These are the new beliefs and states of mind that we can program into us. Make your own short statement that resonates with you.


Couple this statement with Pure Awareness. I am aware and I am enough. All is well now in my inner world. I will wait with expectancy as the material world fills in what I am radiating on the inside. Which is.. That All IS Well and I Am Enough.


Needing and striving pushes away what we desire, no matter what it is. At the core, we want peace, safety, security and love. Well, if that's what our human is in desire of, assure it that you are those things now. There isn't anything you need to be given or achive.


Be, feel and have the Awareness, that all is well. And drop the rest. Drop it to the floor of your consciousness and let it fade away into dust. Letting go drops the resistance and lets the flow of healthy energy take over. Drop all your wanting and all your feelings and everything, except your awareness and contentness.


Dropping the baggage will heal whatever that baggage was causing you illness in. Release, let go, and Be.. Enough..
