Levels and Stooping Down

For lack of better terms I use stooping down. Truly what I mean is, stand strong in your own energy enough, that you don't degrade yourself unconsciously when you are with others. I've believed for years that I am "better" when I am in solitude than when I am with others. In particular, my close family and beloveds. I shine well with "strangers".

My thoughts on being better alone, is that perhaps our unconscious makes our moves to "lower" our inherent value around certain people. Try to undo that. Make the intention of healing this. Now maybe I am just talking to myself. Maybe I'm not. But to me it makes sense that we are lowering ourself around certain people. We are(i am) scared freaking scared to shine around our men.

Babies, Damn straight sexy women, self, whatever it takes to breathe in your own light, when you are around the masculine, do that. You're a goddamn goddess, in the flesh. It is holy for you to know your worth and embody it and express it, elude it off of you like a fragrance that makes the world heal and harmonize. This is our glorious duty.

For tips, comments on your journey, or more (for the benefit of others) write a comment here about this, and how it personally shows up in your life.

Welcome to a space devoted to stress relief, inner alignment, and self-understanding.

This blog is where I bring together emotional healing, energy work, and grounded spiritual insight to help you return to a calm, clear state within yourself. If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or like your body and mind are carrying more than they should, this is where we begin to gently unwind that.

Here, I share a deeper approach to healing—one that considers the rhythms of your body, your emotions, and the natural cycles that influence how you feel. Through topics like chakra alignment, mindfulness, nervous system support, and intentional practices, you’ll learn how to release stress and restore balance in a way that feels steady and sustainable.

This work moves in three parts:

Stress relief — calming the body and creating space
Divine alignment — opening and balancing your internal energy
Self-knowledge — understanding yourself on a deeper level

Each piece builds on the next, guiding you back to a place of peace within your body, your work, and your relationships.

This is not about doing more.

It’s about learning how to feel better, clearly and naturally.

Be nourished & let yourself unfold. 🤍✨
